clore wildfire defense for property owners

Clore Wildfire Defense is a long term fire retardant designed for areas that are prone to ignition, such as dry grass and brush. It may be sprayed and applied to natural substances months in advance and provides flame resistance in case of a fire. Clore Wildfire Defense is one of the many tools that can be used to mitigate a wildfires' damage.  One gallon of Clore Wildfire Defense can cover approximately 200 square feet of land.

Benefits of using Clore Wildfire Defense:

  1.  Increased protection - Clore Wildfire Defense provides ignition resistance to the treated area(s). When a wildfire approaches, the treated vegetation and other cellulose materials are less likely to ignite, reducing the risk of the fire spreading to property.
  2. Reduced risk of fire spread - Clore Wildfire Defense can help to slow the spread of a fire, giving you and your family more time to evacuate the home.
  3. Peace of mind - Clore Wildfire Defense provides peace of mind knowing that your area has been treated with a fire-resistant coating.

It is important to note that Clore Wildfire Defense is not a substitute for proper fire safety measures, such as having working smoke detectors and a well-planned evacuation route. It is also important to follow local building codes and outdoor regulations when applying fire-resistant coatings around your home. We are not responsible for damages caused by our product, natural circumstances, or wildfires. Please refer to our safety data sheet and item specifics for more information.

However, it is important to note that the effectiveness of a fire retardant product can depend on a variety of factors, including the specific type of material it is applied to, the conditions of the environment in which it is used, and how the product is applied. Please follow all of the instructions on how to properly apply and reapply Clore Wildfire Defense for best results. We are not liable for any damages caused from wildfires, and consumers take all risks related to Clore Wildfire Defense.

Clore Wildfire Defense is intended to act as a fire retardant around homes, farms, and in yards. We suggest using Clore Wildfire Defense to create a protective barrier around or adjacent to flammable items. Examples include areas inside a yard, grass, bushes, and brush. We do not recommend spraying Clore Wildfire Defense on building materials, as it is not meant for exterior structures and only meant for vegetation around your house. In emergency cases, spraying on exterior structures and building materials might be the best choice to help protect your home. Clore Wildfire Defense will create a barrier if sprayed around houses or specific areas that are easily flammable.
