Clore Wildfire Defense is one of the many tools that can be used to mitigate a wildfires' damage. One gallon of Clore Wildfire Defense can cover approximately 200 square feet of land.

Clore Wildfire Defense is intended to act as a fire retardant around homes, farms, and in yards. We suggest using Clore Wildfire Defense to create a protective barrier around or adjacent to flammable items. Examples include areas inside a yard, grass, bushes, and brush. We do not recommend spraying Clore Wildfire Defense on building materials, as it is not meant for exterior structures and only meant for vegetation around your house. In emergency cases, spraying on exterior structures and building materials might be the best choice to help protect your home. Clore Wildfire Defense will create a barrier if sprayed around houses or specific areas that are easily flammable.
Our product was tested by StillMeadow, Inc. and showed no clinical signs of acute oral toxicity during the testing. The test substance acute oral LD50 is greater than 5000mg/kg. This represents category IV in the EPA 4 toxicity categories for acute hazards of pesticide products; which is the lowest hazard category.
On average, it takes 5 minutes a gallon to apply. A garden sprayer is highly recommended. Effectiveness may be affected by specific garden sprayers so we suggest that you use our referred sprayers for best results.
No, if applied according to the instructions, you will not be able to tell any difference when Clore Wildfire Defense is sprayed on any surface. Our product is intended to act as a clear coating and will dry once applied.
We recommend that customers reapply our product once per year or after heavy rain/weather conditions. Weather conditions may degrade the effectiveness of Clore Wildfire Defense. Five gallons of Clore Wildfire Defense can cover approximately 1,000 square feet of land.
Our product is safe for use around animals. However, consumption should be avoided. Our product has an LD50 value greater than 5000 mg/kg, which means it is considered to be practically non toxic. See the FAQ asking if Clore Wildfire Defense is non-toxic.
To ensure its effectiveness, reapply Clore Wildfire Defense following substantial rainfall or extensive watering greater than 2 inches. These conditions may degrade the effectiveness of Clore Wildfire Defense.
